2) Are there any side effects?

Side effects from Chinese medicine are rare when administered by a properly trained practitioner. Acupuncture may make you feel quite relaxed and as such it is advisable not to drive for 15 minutes after treatment. If you are experiencing any side effects from treatment you should inform your practitioner so they can best advise you.
